Czech-it-Out Graphics Wrote:What have the white sox done since 05? nothing they've sucked ass every year, in a division that can be won just by breaking .500

There are just as many teams over .500 in the AL Central as there is in the NL Central. The Sox are only a game and a half behind the record of the "Untouchable" Cubs. 10 AL teams are at or above .500 with only 7 NL teams in the same position. Who's playing the easier teams?? Idea
playing kansas city 17 times a year and being happy about it keeps you from talking shit about the "quality" of teams
We will see what happens in the 2nd half. Both teams have harder schedules.
Chicago White Sox 59 43 .578

Chicago Cubs 60 44 .577

Could the Cubs already be falling into their second half tailspin? Their W-L average has fallen below the Sox....
must be nice playing in a piss poor division

A pro team, is a pro team. Must be nice to make excuses as soon as your team starts to slow down. Rolleyes
My honest opinion is if they cant pull it together as a team and make plays when they count, were done. Some nights our pitching isnt up to par and others we have awesome pitching and no offense. Were even starting to lose at home now and thats a bad sign of things to come. If they can pull together and play as a team, then we got post season. Harden should of had 2 wins already but offence let us down when it counted.

Truth.
What a great day to go to a ballgame!

Cubbies finsihed the sWeep of the Brewers and we had great seats, to boot!

I hope they can avoid the swoon and finish it off.

It's gonna happen.

maybe
This has to be one of there best played series. Everything everybody did was awesome. Played as a team, made plays when they needed to. It was just some of the best baseball ive seen in a while. Grand slams to d lee diving into first base to get a double play. It looked like they wanted to be the best.
All I wanna say is what now phuckers, what now
That was a fun game to watch. All the drama with Fielder and the ump was hilarious.

Gagne (sp?) getting bounced.

The Cub fan noise level in the park had to be pissing off the Brewers to no end! The parking lots around Miller Park were a tailgating circus with Cubs people dominating!

I had to laugh HARD when we left the park and headed for the car. Miller Park has sectioned off the parking areas to make it easy to remember where you parked, and given them names of MLB teams, along with numbers.
Right in front of the Main Gate Miller Park what does the parkig sign read?......

"CUBS 1"

Damn right they did.

Let's see, what is the only logical thing for the Cubs to do after sweeping Milwaukee, who is/was trying to knock them out of first place????

Idea I know... CHOKE to the last place Pirates...

man I just saw some clips on the news of the biggest "badass" in Chicago, AJ, and all I can say is nice hair you fag....
Kinda like Bruce Willis in some of his earlier movies before he went skinhead.
Terrific game by the sox yesterday. Best team in baseball. New guy griffey on a day to day injury schedule, dropped out of first place. Got upset because reality it finally setting in and 5 guys got thrown out. Ya go sox go.
How about those KC fans??? Must have thought the park was closed on Sunday....what an empty stadium!
I dont think KC even knows they have an mlb team lol
Cubs making the news again, with a Tornado Delay!
it got really nasty around here last night, some of the sewers couldnt keep up and the streets had about 8 inches of water on them until the rain stopped.
Heard the Tornado sirens for the first time in my life (32 years)......
