well its not my motor so ya. Some people have luck with certain things and i have luck with traxxas so i have no worries. Who knows that it could have been. Maybe over rich and over revving it. Maybe something got caught in the flywheel and with it being to rich slammed it up and put to much stress on the rod. Could be dozen of reason why it broke. Even defective.

Damn, Was there a description as to what caused that? I would guess it was either being run TOO rich, and putting too much stress on the internals, or it was flooded, and he tryed forcing it too hard...
But without actually seeing it happen, there is no telling what happened.
