Trevor, Bill replied to all my emails nice guy, talked to him a month before RCPS finals and said i needed a chassis for my TTR in like 3 weeks tops, he said no problem they were all ready to go and such, I paid him and after a bunch of emails asking whats up I finally told him to gimme my money back. some people have good luck with them, but in all honesty, those venom packs do not produce very good punch..

I used to run flashlights and a venom pack comparred to a GP pack......well there was no comparison

I think theres a problem in the wiring or the motor. 12v gel cell, 1 stick pack, or 2, it doesn't matter, the motor spins at the same speed.

ok, so re-wire that puppy...maybe you have it in parallel instead of series?


Just saying from personal experience, I've used the venom, chitty 1500 dynamites, GP cells...all of them....The DYN 1500's actually had decent punch but didn't last too long...the venom's completely blew chunks.....the GP's were a different world when it came to power....

When testing them all on a electric car it's really easy to tell which ones are good and what sucks.

havent had any problems with the venom packs but hey what do i know lol

Try plugging the motor straight to the batts to see if it is the motor or something in the box.

dude its that motor, Ive yet to see one that spulls up really hard

I would go with the ofna silver box its their 3 way version thing, or the AE or TTR box. Those are the ones I like and are a decent price. The mugen box is also great. I never liked the ofna ones like that and all the ones Ive seen just dont have a good motor
