I'm not sure but I think hes holding on to it for when the half sized/mini crt comes out. It uses a .12 motor.

I've had a spring thing since I bought the CRT... I lost the pipe mount that came with the kit though, so I could never use it lol

Go buy one! I think they're like $5. Or you could bend the end of the spring thing into a loop w/ some pliers.

It's not long enough to do a loop, and then bend it to give it enough height to reach the pipe. It's pretty thick too, it would be a pain in the ass to bend.
