Wow, looks great. This is gonna be fun, I hope you guys take it easy on us nitro noobs. I have a question though, my son is 11 years old and like me has never raced before. Will there be a kids class that a certain age group of kids will race in, or somekind of beginner class?
Pop, I'm (we're) with you. I'll watch your back if you watch mine!

ps: get your name on the transponder order list (if you don't already have one!)

I got your back man!

How much does the transponder cost? And where do I find this list?

$80 (ouch, I know...) plus shipping. No shipping if I see you at the track and hand it to you!
Best advise, show up during practice nights and practice practice practice.........
Find someone you know there and try to keep up with them.
Will there be practice during the weekends? Say in the mornings? It could be difficult for me to get out there in during week nights due to my work schedule.
Looks awesome
I hear it is difficult to race for the first time. is that true?
yup, takes lots of practice to feel comfortable on the track.
A few good tips:

1) Practice, practice, practice
2) Be social, get o know the guys at the track
3) Be courteous on the track, if your practicing or even racing and your behind haveing probs or just going slow, pull over and let the fast guys by. This goes along way in the respect factor
4) At practice after you run a tank, take a turn marshalling, we all want to be marshalled.
5) It will take 1 or 2 times there to get a feel for things, and what goes on
6) Ask qustions, people would rather have you ask then think you are a know it all
7) Have fun the most important thing!

For the first time it will be difficult. You will be crashing your truck alot, but after a while you will get the hang of it.
