You could fix it yourself. Take it out, take it apart, and check it outSmile You'll be surprised how easy it is when your done.

BTW, with oil in the diff it should be harder to turn(so to speak) when spinning one wheel. The diff oil goes in the diff cup that bolts to the ring gear with four little screws. You need a light amount of heavy grease for your Pinion and ring gear when reassembling. Just a light coat so the grease coats the teeth.
