I have a question about the Electric 19T class at LHR? Whats seems to the common motor ran? I having a hard time deciding on which motor to pick. I was thinking the Reedy Spec 19, Trinity Chameleon 2(sp?), or the new Epic 9Teen Spec. But if there is something better than those.
Thanks in advance and if this is the wrong place please go ahead and move it, thanks.
I haven't run elec for a while but I remember the reedy's being very popular. Not too sure if they are still "the one"
I like to here that, the Reedy was the cheapest. And I'm trying just to stay competative, and not hold up the other racers.
They were my favorite and I think the only elec. motor my buddy ran when he racded electric. Like I said... I am not too sure as to how that trend has continued but I think I saw a couple at the practice session...
cool, its a start. I need to get some practice in first anyways before I start really racing so thats cool. Hopefully well I go to hobby shop tomorrow they'll have one in stock.
Good night of practice. Learned alot about my truck. Like it doesnt turn anymore! Diffs are commin out tomorrow at work. ( gotta lock the office door!) LOL!!!
Demos (Mr. tune's) Hellfire looked pretty bad azz on the track. Just needs a little tweeking and some leaning and that truck WILL be a serious threat
LMAO!! Sonny O drove without steering I think our very own rocco can too... good luck with that.

So the hellfire did well then. I hope to see it running very well on sunday...
huh??? Go too bed.

Was fun.... Didnt expect to see Rocco, Matt and Kevin there :wavey:
Thanks Rocco for the Hinge pin. Tune, thanks for letting me take the Hellfire for a couple of laps. Sweet truck. Out of the box, surprized how good it handled. I think once you get it set-up to your liking, your really gonna enjoy that truck.

New layout is pretty sweet too......

See ya guys on Sunday.
Anytime richy!!!!

the dub trip are the same as is the double, then up to the plat form.

now you dont "U" turn there, you go left for 10 feet, cut back to the
left 120* then right 170* and up to where you step up to the straight.

go down the straight sweep 90* and go down a long hill by that garage
door. 180 back twords the straight and left over the table top, 2nd
table same, turn left, turn right, same. now where that bank was and
that trip onto the front straight .... thats gone.

So after the 2nd t-top jump, you land, go left 90*, then right 180* onto the front straight?

After 2nd t top left 90, left180, right180, right 90, short straight(10-15ft), right 90 onto straight

So there's more steering and less jumping at the end of the lap prior to the front straight. Did they just smooth over the area where the bank and triple were? or did it move closer toward the driver stand?

New steering mods on the way. Or rear diff fluid changes. Or both.
I think they may have used up some of that empty space by the garage door if I understand it right. (as well as maybe the side of that hill)

And Dave... I reccomend doing any and all steering mods. When everyone was telling me to do them I didn't see how it could make a big difference. 1 quick post on here, $80 for an awesome servo, 1 removed stock steering stop, 1 $15 steering arm, and 1 $15 brace and it was ALL worth it...

Don't forget that stronger servo saver spring....

Yep, I just need to get the fundage. Maybe if I can get a second job working at Trader Joe's, yeah that's the ticket.
After the back straight you make that right hander then go down the hill to where the garage door is then back up towards the first Ttop. So afetr the 2nd Ttop its almost the same except the tripple out of the corner is gone and track is more squared off. But who knows if that will stay for long. I thought it was kinda easyer and wouldnt dout Bernie has something in there before Sunday. Time will tell :wavey:

I'll want to see that in action along with the bumpbox Sat.
Sure thing man... (And like I said... the only downside about the box right now is that it needs a new belt. Little worn...)
