I was at the track sunday and my buggy was doing fine then in the first qualifier my connectring rod broke below the wrist pin and it put a hole in the engine case. the engine temp has never been over 275

HAS ANYBODY ELSE HAD PROBLEMS WITH SPORTWERKS ENGINES OR DID I DO SOMETHING WRONG?

it seems that the Sh motors that dont have the bushing at the wrist pin have the durability issues....

Ive had 3 24/7 pros and i feel i got more than my monies worth outta all of them...

I had an an sh .28 that blew the rod at like 1/2 gallon though... No bushing

I coulda sworn there was a bushing there when I blew the rod through the case on the SH.... But IDK lol.
