Guys, right now I have the sleeve up as far as it will go, the zip tie trick, but I cant manage to get a small flat head under the top of the sleeve to get it out. What do I do?

Hmm. Mabye take out the ziptie and turn the flywheel by hand, maybe it'll push it up higher.
