That's a pretty short time to get heat into the motor, especially if it's running rich.
Sounds funny that you can start it, but not restart it.
Again, good glow plug of the right heat range for your fuel %?
Not to suggest Plainfield is a small town, but maybe you're near Tex. Maybe he can help figure it out. Of course these days Plainfield meets Naperville, so maybe I'm closer to you than Tex
