When I first saw the ramp I didn't think I would get much air.....:eek:

Lots of air and flips for the Jato. The tent was about 6 feet tall at the edges and the Jato was above that. Maybe between 8 and 10 feet in the air. Singles easy, landed doubles okay. Tried for a triple twice, made it once. Last time I tried for a triple I broke my brake disc:mad:

Oh well, time for an upgrade.

We all had a blast even though it was scorcin' out there!

man i wish i wasnt working yesterday! our ac was out (110 inside!!!!) I should have next sunday off. Ill let ya know! do any drags? who got the best jump? distance?was it just the four of you?

I think the Jato was the best at jumping.

Jato does stand for Jet. Assisted. Take. Off.

I ended up breaking the brake disc on the jato, and several times I had to put the foam back in the tires because the glue wouldn't hold it to the rim. Next time I'll try the duck tape mod.

Yeah Rusty,
The one photo is the first drag race of many.
The ramp seemed to be the big fun of the day.
All of us were trying to see how much sick AIR we could get!
The Jato was killin' us all.
But Cousingrandpa couldn't get his Savages to idle or run right yesterday.
So his Ofna Pirate/Dominator was doin all the crazy stuff.
If he gets the Savages' running right. LOOK OUT!!!!!!

if we were going to do somthing like that at busse we need to go on the other side off higgins and 53. im not sure if we need to reserve a lot but there are more trees, more shelters and more room. but at the lot we are currently going to, there is a large hill that you pass on the way in that is fun for climbing/bashin. plus its usally pretty empty which helps.

Yeah , I know we need more shade but the amount of people is alot lower where we go now. The hill is to far of a walk from where you have to park and I can't set up the sun shelter. Also there is no pavement to drag race on by the hill.
Let's not confuse everybody now.

Yay! Another scorcher. Supposed to be 91*. Need to find a larger tent.or a hat. Definitely a hat.

I'll probably have the maxx there, though I don't know how long it'll last. Seems to eat center driveshafts, and axel driveshafts for lunch. Its only a OS .18CV-RX too. Ofcourse the buggy, and the Jato will arrive. As well as my newest car for a brief show. Insanely brief. Just don't ask me to jump the F1 car. I don't think it'll go all that well. mash:

I need to put my Tamiya Bearhawk back together. Its practically indestructable.
