lol....

rocco, he was gonig off the back straight aways jump and in mid air hs battery pack wire got cut, so the servo was left at full throttle, it swerved towards the tubes, hit the tubes and landed on its wheels reving full speed and the guy that was like 5 feet away was too scared to get it I guess, so i was like 20 or so feet away and i ran out to it and shut it off right away, that thing seemed like it was gonig to explode, never seen tires that thin.....lol

Hey bubba, If that a red igniter with the guage on top and a intel 3600 or 3800 nimh battery in it its mine...Wink
If you could save it with my F main trophy...HeHe
I find it somewhat funny yet it also bothers me when I see people freak out about having to marshall a truck either it be because it is stuck or like in chads case. I seen a few guys that race buggy act like they are scared when they marshall a truggy race or another buggy race.

I can understand their fear though. I have the bloody hand to prove it! Smile

there were 2 glow ignitors left next to me on sat and sunday, thought they were the guys next to me, but guess not, pretty sure there was a red one

dont bother me too much, what really bothers me is when im flipping the car over they rev the engine full WOT.....when i was marshalling truggy i grabbed a truggy by the wheel and wing (closest to grab) and while I had it off the ground he reved it and it went flying up into the air and flipped again then somene hit it, then i marshall it again and that all took like 8-10 extra seconds, thats kinda stupid when they do that
I had a red tiger thunder. About C batt size that was not at my starter when I went back for it. Figured someone borrowed it for the next race(buggy Bmain if I remember right) but it never turned up.

Who lost their temp gun and did they ever get it back?

Yea,been there done that. Saw it a few times this weekend. I just shake my head and walk over. No rush. He was stupid enough to do that and couldnt wait that .5 of a second to have all 4 wheels down on the ground. Then he can wait that extra 5 seconds till I do it again.
ya motors all good, glue job was good too. lol.

hey stahoo, did bill ever get in touch with you? i gave him your addy.

I had mine until Sunday when I let Matts little nephew Marky pit for me in the truggy B main. I ran threw the drill with him a few times except I forgot to tell him to keep that damn thing in his pocket. Oh well, he did a great job and I cant blame him for setting it down some where. Kid Dynomite and I could both see the nervousness in his face before the start of that race and im glad he got to be part of the whole thing. He even asked if he could help marshall afterward. Im sure knowone minded him helping out in the buggy B. Those guys drive pretty well and didnt need to mant marshalls anyway....
