I didnt notice that Bruce, in truggy I only had to be marshalled once in all 4 qualifiers, just look at the lap times, it drove like crap cuz it pushed but i still needed to work on the setup, my buggy was great all weekend, musta been watching a different car then
HAGASAN Wrote:Shinner, what happened to ya? couldnt make it?

Ya bro, I had to go the a wedding (i was pissed to say the least). PM me or message me on yahoo.
ur pissing on the wrong brand lol
Yeah Mike get a Losi 8ight.Rolleyes

So who is up for some racing next weekend?
"no matter what I do I can't get better than a 24 second lap." Remember saying that Mike? I remember hearing it. You had Friday and 5 qualifiers to set up your buggy and truggy. How much time does anyone need? Get a Losi and kick some ass...

Ya it should be TTR
I think mugen would be a better fit than losi.... The ttr's have relucktantly (sp?) earned some respect from me
well seeing is i got their saturday about 1 I only had 4 quals, i couldnt get under that but i ran almost all 24.0's like i said a set up problem or maybe a tire problem im not sure, first year running truggy inside
i dont like the losi way too hard to drive
Whatever. Best of luck to you.
HAGASAN Wrote:Thrasher thanks for marshalling for me and for Joe Laws, he told me to tell you thanks again. You could make alot of money at these big races for marshalling duties or score some tires, good thing you aint lazy like ponch, You took the money. Thanks kid.

yup, no problem, it was definately an easy way to make 22 bucks and be able to be on the track to watch the buggy A main, and watching them up close gives you a way better idea on how to make turns and chit, so i definately benifited greatly by marshalling.

yeah any race you need me to marshall joe, let me knowBig Grin hahashaahah as long as the price is right. lol
Czech-it-Out Graphics Wrote:lol where is that lazy turd ponch, hey man dont ever bitch about not having money to race again, u coulda cleaned up this weekend!

prolly taking your advice and donig push ups or lookin at porn....lol hahaha j.f.w.y. ponch
did you mean eating push ups and looking at porn?
ahaha
bruce how many turmoils in the upper mains?
Zing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow!

I had brian from my Revo class drive my mugen for about half a tank and he seemed to enjoy it. Think I might have pulled one to our side with that Smile
Mike, unlike yourself, I'm not one to promote the vehicle I drive as the "be all end all". I drive an admittedly out of date vehicle-a Mayhem Pro. And I'm an out of shape old man over twice your age. And yet, you and your vehicle are barely beating me and my POS. You finished with 17 laps in 7:03 and I finished with 17 laps in 7:41 with 3 shocks. The numbers don't lie Mike.

Too bad Brian Kadow and his POS Turmoil wasn't there to beat you once again. ZIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
whatever gets u to sleep at night,

what was ur fast lap of the weekend mr speed demon? how bout ur best time? u throw down any 22.3's in a row? didnt think so.....

Kadow is good competition, unlike urself, he has never gone out and lapped me or sonny O constantly as u seem to think
Jebus ...
its a pissing match. my car isnt better than yours no wait it is and i only had 3 shocks yea well i had 4. i wish everyone would get to the fact and that is racing gas inside SUCKS. lhr is an awesome facility it has nothing to do with the track. anywhere you go it sucks. but what do i know. nothing im sure. and its always amazing that i would have so won teh race but the lapped cars had it in for me. you cant get to the lappers yell leader and plow your way through. one must use patience and pass cars. again what do i know.

Am I reading this right? Did racers "tip" the volunteer marshalls? If so, very toughtful, indeed!
joe torres has been known for a long time as a tipper of marshalls. its not for volunteers as much as its for the person that marshalls for him.
i think if people were able to look at the qualifying results, everyone should realize that the compitition was close. alot of racers had 12 laps in the 5 min mark. everyone was separated by second if not a thousend.
even the top qualifiers were separated the same way. but from wat i saw ALOT of the mid to upper main drivers were driving balls out pushing and hacking their way around the track. marshaling was rediculus. i myself will not touch a car if the tires are spinning. i have and will let you wast fuil if you lay on the gas. i understand hitting the gas to get a marshals attention, but then let off.
