Harder, no, more accurate yes. The JL's would have hit plenty hard in a ported box. Just like this brahma will hit even harder if in a larger ported box.

um the r domminated the jls and you know it... anyways the r still hangs with a brahma which is incredibly sad but thats okay
It does hang with it. That isn't sad. It goes to show what can be done when you build a proper box and I built a smaller one to try and keep some trunk space not initially realizing how much of a difference it would make. I am also running off of the stock head unit and a line out converter..... not RCA's from a head unit.

no wats sad is... that box still wasnt built to specs and the sub is still underpowered
