Thayer Chandler Vega 2000, with three tips/needles.

Why aren't you in school?
So, I take it the compressor is working well Dave? Looks good! Nice brush too. Let me know how it works for the detail stuff.

I am using the "small" one until I can get a pipe fitting and mount a new filter regulator on the "big" one. I think the new airbrush is gonna want steady pressure, not the on-off delivery of the Badger. We'll see in 4-5 business days.

Thanks again!

Go electric.....nitro stinks!
Nice setup Dave!
We'll see if I can figure out what to do with it. Maybe 16 years from now I'll be caught up to The Czech.
"the Czech" LOL hahahaha is that like callin me "the Drake" lol u guys crack me up
I think it will stick.....it has a ring to it. It's sounds better than Mikey....
JohnC wanted me to post his first paint work.

Yeah Dave, You're welcome! I was surfing thru revo tires, and saw some Pythons on Hurricanes. I looked and noticed in the corner of the pic there was "ChitownRC.com" so yeah I checked the other items and started laughing...lol

Just the ones that don't turn out PERFECT!!

Yes, Mini T shell.
Tried lots of wacky chit on this job, just to see how things turn out. I learned a lot today working with the airbrush for the first time, like it's hard! Practice makes better....

This one will be going up for sale.... somewhere....Rolleyes

Dave, what kind of mask are you using? I am getting a job and if I have some extra money I am going to get an airbrush. I already have a compressor.

BTW it doesn't look bad.
Using Hobbico Master Mask and Bob Dively liquid masking film. They might be the same product. Look and smell kinda the same. Light blue/green color. About $1 per ounce at the hobby shops.
Thanks
Ryan's design and he airbrushed much of it. It's becoming a bad habit around this house...painting cars....

nice dude i like it
We switched to the smallest tip and needle on the brush. It gave us a lot more paint flow control. I like how the blue stripe over the top turned out. It was just what we were going for. The rest of it....ehh.
