If it is temping at 230-240 when taking long runs, the HSN is tuned right. For the short blips of the throttle that you are using for Wheelies, you are not letting the HSN do it's work, you are only using the LS. If it is getting too hot when doing wheelies (Short throttle bursts) you are TOO lean on the low end. Richening the low end may stop the wheelies, but will prolong your engine life.
