As far as the TOS goes that is something that Tune has to talk about. I just wanted to address this before he got to look at it and it gets out of hand.
In your last post you said "I understand about PM'ing but at the same time I was looking to see if anybody else had the same thoughts on it."
But in your first post you stated a question for the Mods. To me a question to the mods on a TOS question or something that should be addressed and handled in PM's.
