Here you go fellas. It's not 100%, but it should work for the most part.

http://www.chitownrc.com/forum.php?styleid=12

Once I'm done, it will be the new default layout.

If you wanna go back to the old look, go all the way to the bottom of the page and you'll see a drop down box. Pick "Chitown R/C Light" and you'll convert back.

Of course!

Besides, it's the only picture I had that looked nice enough for the job and that wouldn't cause any type of copyright problems.

There is no button for the home page on the new style.
Or are you eliminating the home page?

You can always switch back to the original layout in the bottom left corner.

satoch, This new layout is a bit lighter on the graphics. That means a little faster loading and less bandwidth usage. I did a quick test on 2 identical pages on the site and the new one was about 50KB smaller. Doesn't seem like much, but after 80k+ pageviews per month and it adds up.

north shore racer, that plan is to have more than just a picture of my truck Smile. I was planning on having about 5-6 different pictures for the logo that would come up randomly just like the readers rides pics on the home page.

I haven't decided if I'm going to keep the old style around yet. Depends on whether I want to spend to the money to have it updated so it will work with the new software.

Sounds like it's time to mention the "Donate" button on the home page.....again.
