yea, I think when I am building my system in my car I might even be considering getting some slighly smaller round subs for the slightly higher notes, as atleast the way I have my box built right now....

What do you mean by stress in the corners? I don't see anymore stress in them than in the corners of a round sub... when you move the sub up and down... it is all smooth... and it isn't tight or anyth...
