The only reason you couldn't run with us out there (I won't be there, got other plans tonight) would be if no one else showed up! :joy:

But reading this thread it looks like there is some interested by a few other people in getting friday nights started up again. If thats the case then exchange numbers with some of the people out there so you can coordinate.

PM Whitey04 (thread starter) if you intend on going out, he started this up and is interested in getting it going.
I personally will not be there tonight. Its too cold, I'ma wimp when it comes to cold, heat thats fine cold sucks. Maybe next weekend but it looks like its gonna be cold then to. But not nearly as bad. I keep people posted on next weekend.
I'm gonna head up to the spot this friday around 9, give or take 30 minutes. Hope you guys head up!
I may make it out Friday night. I am new to this, and i have run 4 tanks thru as a break-in, but i need assistance tuning. Can anybody assist?
im sure there will be a couple guys out there that know their stuff. and will be mroe than happy to help you out.

sadly i wont be able to make it, as i will be waiting to my engine sealing to cure. :'( maybe next time.
I probably won't come out this weekend. I have work saturday morning. I'm trying to quit my saturday job, I originally took it for some extra money, but in the end I'm beginning to hate it. I've got a few more weeks. I want my saturdays back!

No problem.
Thanks. I look forward to getting this buggy dialed in....and then I can hit Busse on Sunday. Will be there tomorrow night. Batteries are charging now.
cool look forward to seeing yeah!
I am going to throw everything on charge when I wake up around 8am(don't have r/c truck inside right now) and will plan on being there tomorrow around 9pm. What is the best entrance to come in, and what area do you normally run so I don't interfere upon entering.

Any entrance is fine as its a huge parking lot, you won't be interfering with anyones lines.
Just to let people know that are showing up I'm going to be around 9-9:30
It was nice to meet all of you who showed up, had a good time, and thanks again for the glow plug jeepguy.
Yeah, it was nice to meet you guys. I'll be out next week with the new on-road. All broken in and stuff.

Was funny to watch all of the real cars hit the brakes as we started playing with the radar gun. Big Grin And cool to know that the LSP could hit 43mph running on the rich side with some severe front toe out and positive camber. I just swapped to the top cad stuff and haven't adjusted the front end for the different angles. It DOES steer much better though!
Yeah the radar gun was fun Smile we clocked the damn cop around 75 if I remember right. I will mostly likely be out next Friday as well.
O ya, i got the cop going 75..lol that was funny...ill be there next fri as well....
Thanks to thoughs that showed up. I should have the cones by next friday and possibly be able to set up a improvised track. I don't think everyones on the same page with vechiles though. Not one person had the same thing. Well thanks again.
yeah, this sounds great for my ride. ive gone to the berwin bbq and the bash in elk grove and both times i was able to do absolutley nothing. its starting to get really annoying havin a freakin car....especially one that does over 70mph!!
There is a nice wide open parking lot that would be perfect for your car crash Smile I know I will be there Friday weather permitting.
Whitey04 Wrote:No but I will be running a nitro rs4.
yepp...that would be me!!
breid16 Wrote:Anyone running 4-tec out there?
ha ha ...this is the one i wanted to quote... "yep....that would be me"

im such a dumbass lol
Hmm well for this week (FRI. APR. 27) it say showers but cloudy night....would anyone still go if the ground is a little wet???...
I have every intention of being there as long as the rain is not still coming down, and the lot is not completely soaking wet. Damp is OK. Chicago Tribune is saying clearing in the afternoon/PM on Friday...I hope that that holds. Now that the Matrix is broken in and running well, I am looking forward to some fun. I am also hoping that the new CEN Magnum is here for the weekend so that I can break that in as well. I was so bummed about my buggy not being setup for any grass like at Busse that I bought a set of Proline Badlands for some grass performance, and the Magnum Stadium Truck for some jumping. I felt kind of silly at the Busse Bash with only one buggy....so CEN is getting more of my $$$.
lol well i got me a new on road toy to play with....lol
