Lets just say that I happened to get a new buggy/Truggy and I was thinking of putting a new eng in both what would you guys suggest?

Here are the ones that I thought of but never ran any of them

Ninja
STS
Werks B7

I know that OS and RB make some great ones as well and I've seen the Radical run and that ones a beast as well but I wanna try something different
try the werks i have heard a ton of great things about that one. I would say the ninja, but i have heard that the "best" plugs for that one that are mae by them are like 12$ a piece lol but it is also a good mill
George's Ninja seems to be a great motor. He say's it's got a very nice smooth powerband.
Thanks guys I still need to study up some more so you know what that means Mike LOL
The STS .28 is a great motor. Ran uber fast (keeping up with $300 motor truggies until about the last 10 feet of the straight at LH) and had great torque and top end. Probably not a good indoor motor though.
Thanks Revo2k but I'm gonna stick with just .21s for both But I will keep that in mind for STS
Ask Satoch about the STS .21, I'm sure he'll know something about it.
lol of course he will Smile
lol
You already had one of the best .21's, the WS73, that didn't make you want another one?

Also what brand RC's did you switch to?
i have heard the WS73 has had some bearing issues like the new NOva's? i love those engines tho
I have had the ninja .21 and it had a really smooth power band almost a little to smooth not enough punch on bottom end. I have had three novarossi's and hands down I would say the rossi is alot better mill. (Thats just my opinion) I have also had a collari b7 but wasnt impressed by its run time still a very good motor. O.S motors are only good for about 2 gallons. So what im trying to say here is I like nova's Smile
i got 10 gallons outta my vspec...
I put alot on my already used RG, I put probably 5 on there, and then whatever Michowski and whoever had it before him did.
Actually I think Brian had a WS72, not 3. I know a guy (John Adams) who has a WS72 that has 20+ gallons on it and it's still very fast. He races all the time and this is the 3rd solid year he has raced the very same motor with the same internals.
Wow, thats alot of gallons ill have to try that engine out next time im in the market for an engine.
IMO that is the best engine on teh market
Thanks for the input guys. Tex is right I had the WS7II and that motor was a fast mill, but I like the sounds of the Ninja just because of how all the people that have talked about them said how smooth it is that is SOOOO what I need something that will slow me down a little bit so I can be faster
Before you buy it here is a video of the ninja in the crt, I dont know if this guy is a total noob and doesnt know how to tune the engine but this is what i just found take it as you will. http://www.ofna.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3759
The ninja needs a long header and its supposed to wake up the low end... Georges looks good on the track and has really helped his driving...

Brian... If you want a smooth engine all i hear is ws73 or the ninja.... Supposedly the radical is real smooth too
radical is smooth WS7II has been my all time favorite but i am being surprised more and more by the radical every time i run it
Thats Radical man!
dude they are radical....when they run right
WOW I dont know what the hell that was but if thats the way they run that will NOT be going in any of my stuff lets just hope I can find someone that has a better video of one running.
And come with good internals huh Mike LOL

I hope you get a replacement for the one thats trashed of yours
