Before I left last week we came up with a way to get more run up to the ramp for bigger air. :joy: We'll also have a real video camera out there. So I'll probably put out some better video's next week as I'll be able to use some decent authoring software.
If I can't go to the track I may be able to make it out there this weekend... I have an x-factor too.

Cool vid. I think you should turn the music/sounds ratio so it's 70/30...IDK though it's up to you.
Sadly Quicktime pro doesn't let me control volume for individual tracks, just the whole movie as a total. And my usual video prog, Adobe Premier won't open the Mov files my camera records in. So Quicktime Pro is all I can use. I could try Final Cut Pro for mac, but my mac is only a 450mhz machine. So I'll be waiting forever for it to encode.
Ohh..Alright then. I like windows movie maker even more now lol.

Me! Jato, and the buggy. Both with tuned pipes now. Dual chamber for the Jato, and JP3 for the buggy. Jato is WAY faster now with the DC resonator. HOLY crap its fast. It gets to 50 faster than it can slow down from 50.

the charger is sold to a friend of mine and one of the battery sets is now powering a small CD player I crank in the shower. The rest I made into a pack to power my Guitar FX pedals.
I was all set to start editing a video yesterday, I spent a half hour recording clips off the VHS-C cam with my TV card. Only to realize after I opened up my editing program that I forgot to set the record volume and it was nearly muted. So I have to record all of the clips again. :mad:

I broke my car. Broke both of them. Shattered the plastic rear shock tower on the Jato on one landing. Busted the knuckle, and bent the rear center driveshaft in the OFNA. No idea how I did that without bending the chassis but I did. $40 later both will ride again!
We saw Justin's (TwistedSavage) Axial .32 powered mutant savage thingy haul some ass, not once but TWICE!!! Yes it does run. We've got pics chronicling the rebuild after a spectacular crash. Sadly none of the crash on video. John's buggy went rabid on some poor tree a few times. My Jato did some wicked tire ballooning donuts till the tires exploded. Tim's digger was being camera shy for a while, but finally opened up. I'll try and put the video together this week.

Yep, the bead broke loose and then the tire shredded itself. These are tires mounted on 2.2" rims that when the car was running expanded to about 4" or so. Looked like a top fuel dragster going down the 1/4 mile.
Bringing it back to life. Sunday's comin up and sadly the parts for my cars haven't arrived so I'll have the Jato maxx and Brushless batmobile in tow, but no gaurentee's about the Jammin X1 or the Ultra Comp2. I might try bringing the mythical OB4 pro out, but that stupid carb sucks. If anyone has a pullstartfor an OS .12CV-R motor I'm game, I'd love to fire that engine up.
I should actually have my buggy out this weekend finally, I busted a shock that I'm fixing now (air bubble in shock, blow out seals). I should be there assuming no rain.
I'll be there too and have the usual lineup. I want another piece of that tree!! lol!
The tree shall die! The maxx is probably my most unreliable rc. Seems to snap those stupid plastic shafts like crazy and it isn't like its got some crazy motor in it. So to save the shafts I backed off the slipper a bit, and now the slipper gave up the ghost so it just slips. Thankfully its just those stupid pegs and its an easy fix. I haven't charged the battery but I have transfered all of the electronics over to the batmobile. I hope it doesn't strip the spur gear with that motor. its a direct drive setup so there isn't a slipper to take any abuse.
