Allright...So how big of a room are you guys using these in? I'm in a like 10x10 room and it's a pita right now...

Got done with my first pack, not too bad not great tho....Not very responsive to left/right, and there's a noticeable delay from when I hit the gas to when it goes...

Allready did, lol.

Bent the spring on the throttle stick so it doesn't spring back. Makes hovering much easier imo.

I eventually want to make this accept a custom pack so I don't have to keep buying AA's...

Rechargeables put out 1.2v. Non Rech...put out 1.5v (both of these volt ratings are per cell) so I'd have to add a cell or two more to make up for the less voltage.

I think the rechargeables in there suck, im using mine from my spektrum, 2500 mah energizer, and it doesnt get a full charge and it runs out too quick. So i switched over to regular and it worked much better.

Lol to late!! Thumbtack in the nose for faster forward speed( no need to turn the heli for forward flight!) Took off most of the stickers for less wieght!

Ponch, remember these run off of infared, works like a remote for your t.v. if the heli is not in your line of sight delays are pretty bad.

Hey, with the thumbtack, do I just stick it in there? It looked like the batt was pretty close if I were to push the pin in, might puncture it.

Tape it on backwards like a dart?

Or I might break off the pin, and double side tape it on...idk yet.

I just got mine a few hours ago. Pretty cool but it doesn't last that long a charge. Lucky to get 3-4 minutes of flight that it will actually go more than 2 feet off the ground.

i might have broke mine too, when ever i start it starts spinning really fast to the left and just crashes. Ive held the trim down to the right for like 5 minutes and nothing. Maybe the back blade is bent or something?
