Just a bit of hobby shop info.
The owners of the Hobby Town in St Charles just purchased the Hobby Town in Aurora, so the original owners are no longer involved. They will have limited hours until all the inventory is logged and a major clean up is completed.
It still remains to be seen if this is good or bad, but one thing at least the store will be more organized hopefully they will lean more towards RC than Barbies and Kites.

That's good news. I've only been to that store a couple times but
it's always been a weird experience to say the least.

I went to the aurora store and hated every minute of it. They have no idea about what they have in stock and are useless in helping locate anything. One thing they are good at is "make you deal on truck" kinda sales technique. Bad thing is the st.chucky guys do not want to carry 30% fuel but the aurora store does, all I can do is pray they keep it in stock or even carry it at the st.chuck store.

I was wondering who was going to buy them out. Last time I was there, they mentioned they were selling the place, but did not say to who.

yeah HTSC does carry 30% but it shows up and dissapears quick. They really don't like to take special orders on fuel there for some reason though. I asked the same and got the same answer that I'd ahve to buy a case for them to order it. But now that I think of it I shoudl ahve just boguht the case anyhow because last time I was there I snaged 3 gallons of 30% OD and I think a case is 4 gallons.

Well I'm not sure, maybe just lucky I have been getting it there since probably July or so I think thats when I made the switch. But I do agree it is hit and miss with them and their parts.

I hear the White Lightning 30% is supposed to be VERY good fuel.
