I've been rollin' with a Traxxas radio and HPI receiver since day 1, many years ago when I started w/ a rustler. Now I'm into a CRT and Savage. I'm finally being bothered to change my combo...

What would be the best radio someone could buy?
What would be the ideal good radio for the average person wanting 2.4ghz? I don't race.

Spektrum DX 2.0. Only a two model memory though. If you want telemetry and a 10 model memory you could go with the Spektrum DX3S. Its very reasonably priced and has tons of features that most radios dont.

Tactic RC 2.4 Ghz TTX240 Radio Review Big Squid RC: For Bashers, By Bashers! Bashing - RC Monster Trucks - RC Drag Racing - RC Rock Crawling - On Road - Off Road - RC Videos - Pictures - News - RC Reviews

brian has been running this radio for a few months now and really likes is. it doesn't have model memory, but with only two trucks it would not be hard to switch each time. and a extra rx is only $20.
