just bought this beast a couple weeks ago for a total of $200.

converted to 3 on the floor
Headers and true dual exhaust already on it
holley 4 barrel
pertronix coil

update-

fixed the drive shaft issue( someone bent it when they picked it up with the loader to move it) with a shaft out of a 96 Cherokee...
brakes fixed. one line was broke where previous owner tried to patch it.

now she needs an alternator in it think because shes not charging the batt. or i need to clean some connections. ill figure it out sooner or later

other then that man this thing is fun to drive with the stick plus no power steering.
