Good thing that clapped out Dakota had a chrome air cleaner and breather, or it would have been a total loss. The filter element looks brand new....saved $12 right there!

Exactaly. My manager said the same. Subway is responsible for him when he as to make subway related drives as well (bank, other subways etc)

When I drove my car for company business, I was required to carry the insurance, not the company. So it can be both ways. Now, a large company should carry liability insurance for actions of their employees, but this is Burrito Loco were talking about, not IBM. I wouldn't expect too much in the "corporate coverage" area.

Yeah, I have to carry my companys insurance card in my wallet while at work, just in case anything dumb happens while test driving or something. I work at a car dealer,

So make the burrito place pay for it or you'll file for hiring illegal immigrants. get a lawyer dude. Also I think your neck hurts doesn't it lol. I'm never one to fake an injury or get sue happy but the bitch was illegal and they let her in.
