new vspec question

ok here is my question i have a os vspec im running 30% the guy at the odonell both at the ihobby show said i can run only one shim in the motor i have 2 shims right now a copper shim and a silver shim if i remove one shim what diffrence will it make in the motor? will i see any more top end? lower end... what i have no clue have you ever heard of this please give me some info if you have any on this issue

more low end, higher temps, harder to tune, worse fuel mileage, leave the shim in ull be fine lol
