Why not just put a body clip thru your nostril? Heck, after few dozen drinks, you could even do it yourself for free!! lol

Home Depot carries the really big size clips (hitch pins) so you could make it super noticeable.

im pretty sure im going to get my family crest as my first tattoo. i like that its going to have meaning unlike half the kids i know that got a tattoo just to say "look at me i got a tat bro"

All mine have meaning, to me atleast. The one on my side is for my buddy mike. He had the same one on his leg, he died in a motorcycle accident a few years back. I can't really find a family crest since my last name is smith!!
