obviously stripped to the bone, in fact it even looks like they removed the floor pans too.

Though I'm not a low rider guy, I don't even classify that car as a low-rider. Its a metal grasshopper.

It is pointless, being that its completely stripped of everything. But its a cool project to do to a car. More fun than dropping it off at the junkyard, thats where its going anyways.
