No,it never overheated while I was breaking it in at the house. Why it ran like that in Peoria is beyond me. But it never ran that hot after that day untill I took it out last friday

I wish my werks 28 came with the needles almost falling out, lol. Mine came with them set on 'kill'. I had to back them out a ton for break in.
