It's all sectioned out to each drawer(so yep it is a sticker) I'm just glad it comes that way

Awsome and def unique for a tool box---you can spot yours a mile away.
That character reminds me of the cards and stickers you would get and it came with some gum. There were many of them hotrod related.---anybody remember these???
