Either way.... it doesn'nt explain the damage to the pipe or overall state of the vehicle. If you want it to sell, swap the pipe (you can get a cheap used pipe in much better shape than that) clean it up, and take some clear pictures of everything. Also..... don't include a radio yet as you may never actually get it back from our favorite scammer.
