17t esc?

i have been running my speedgems 17t motor on the runner esc, and it just recently started smoking for new reason, long story short, it doens't run anymore
so i'm looking for a cheap esc that can handle a 17t motor
thanks (i'd rather buy new then ebay, but i will buy off ebay-if i have to)
