Wherever you saved it it probably got converted because it was too large. I don't know how to post it big though unless you do a direct link to it posted somewhere else...

I wish I could get the hang of going over those doubles like you do Tex. I'm not flipping over when I go over them but I'd like to be able to jump both at the same time like you do.

Well there will be a track change by the time we race next otherwise I'd teach you how to do it, it's very simple once your tought.

The double and tables are fairly easy. Make sure you are lined up and have aenough run in. Get on the trottle... let off in the air to keep the truck level and get back on only after you have landed. Landing on power can be disasterous...

Ohh....Yeah for the screenshots, you should save them as .png and on your photobucket accnt, go to options and make the pic size limit the largest possible.

landing on power on the downslope of a landing jump can mean tremendous added speed also.

I land on power all the time, multiple times per lap. Doesn't work for everyone but the fast guys do it Wink j/k

I also let off the gas before exiting the launch jump most of the time. Otherwise the front end comes up to much and I generally like it to nose down to prepare for the landing side. With the big MT tires in air throttle adjustments are very touchy.

I notice a lot of people who jump them both but somersault afterwards. Is that because there not landing on power?

It's because their not landing on all four tires AND are hitting the gas. It causes the truck to get even more unstable, then they freak and smash the brakes, and then they begin the acrobatic act of tumbling.

For on power landing to work, you need to be able to land all four tires at the same time.

I noticed with 4 shocks my Savage stuck to the ground like glue. It was a little bouncy so I changed to Hot Bodies shocks and 1 spacer. I'm anxious to see how the LST shocks will handle.

Tex I guess I was a little off... if you land well and on power a bit and then roll into the throttle it is definitely faster. If you are new to a track, hit a jump and get on the brakes followed by WOT to try and recover... landing like that can be damaging. Some guys sommersault because they land too nose down and the front skid grabs...

It'd be fun to watch somebody's skid get stuck in the clay and the truck get stuck straight up in the air...heheheh

I'd like to get some skids that don't have the holes in them, I noticed clay was getting dug up in those holes.

Some people remove the bumpers from their Savage and dremmel down the skids to look something like buggy bumpers.
