If you guys want a 30+ person bash it needs to be organized (somewhat) like the last one.
We need food, freq clips, a coordinator, etc... Dan this was your idea, your the coordinator. That means you have to take everyones name, freq, rc, screen name (as I did) so you can post the turnout (results) after the fact. Also you need to have a speech to thank everyone for coming out, etc... You need to make sure everything is running smoothly and no one is having problems (like needing a freq clip and someone is hoggin' it). ANY general questions basically will need to be answered by you. You'll be the meet and greet guy, etc... This was going to be a play day for me, not a work day. Did you notice how I played for about 5 mins total last bash?? That's because I was working the rest of the time. You can believe it or not. 10-15 people doesn't really need a coordinator but anything close to 25+ does. Ponder that for awhile. I've had many of these bashes so i know what to expect.

Add me to the list, FRJ. And to answer the question, "When was the last time it snowed indoors???", That was when we left the windows open on our Expedition and it poured....So what if it's not snow, it could've been!

i vote no food at bash! with hooters afterwards there would be no need, unless you weren't going to hooters than i guess you could bring food if you wanted.

Berwyn... The same place the last bash was at. It has a big field and a large parking lot. It is easy to set up ramps and such too... I will get a map and directions in here at a later date. I'm not sure what hooters is closest to there...
