It's been awhile

Hello Everyone here, as you can tell i am new to the board, but not to rc. It's been 2 years since I had to do a rebuild, and I am doing one now on my os max .12 cz. How in the heck do you get the sleeve out without tossing the motor against the wall? Some use the oven method, but that's not what I did, it was something real simple and of course I am overlooking it, thanks for your info and advice.

Isn't it a ty-wrap thru a sleeve port and rotate the crank to push it out with the piston?
But I could be (and often am) wrong......

yes your right Dave.

put the piston at the bottom of the stroke, put something in the exhaust port on top of the piston (like wood or something that won't damage the piston/sleeve) and turn the flywheel
