Smoking Ban Statewide as of Jan 1 2008

I guess the government has to put in laws like this because some people are too stupid to make their own decisions. It's a SIMPLE concept. If an establishment allows smoking, non-smokers can make a simple decision to not go there.... If they don't allow smoking, smokers can just as easily go somewhere else.


But I guess you feel comfortable wearing a leash, letting the government tell you where you can go, what you can do, what you can say, how you can act, and making sure all the "BAD things" stay far away from you, since you obviously can't make the simple reasoning for yourself.

God it's scary how much we think alike. I found another red blooded american who believes in the founding laws of this slowly decayng country
