No, he's normal, well, annoying but not strange in the head. I have taught for the past 10 years part time and saw my share of metal handicaps and dissabilities. Everything from calcium deficiencies to full blown autism when we were mainstreaming them. He doesn't seem BiPolar, just clingy.
I guess you could say he's too forward and intense. I don't mind talking to people when I work on my stuff, or even giving advice and helping people. This guy just asks for advice but never shuts up or listens to the advice. And he spews so much BS trying to impress me with and doesn't realise that I'm not falling for it.
He's basically a Trash Talker who knows everything. So I gave him the cold shoulder and walked away. I don't expect people to follow my advice, its not a rule and I don't know everything. But if you ask for it, at least consider what I've said.
