ok im thinking about getting back into racing. i used to race electric truck and 2wd buggy but that was about 6-7 years ago. i have a losi gtx (yes its old) and i want to race it. i have a peak diablo .15 engine in it. is there a engine size limit in 1/10 statdium truck and what types of things do you reccomend getting to help me out. and what about pitting in a nitro race. how does that work?
and now some other questions
What do you use to charge your reciever packs i bought a charger but it says it takes about 24 hours. how about chargers for glow ignitors. i got one but how long do i need to charge it for? what types of tires should i buy to race with.
sorry if thes questions are stupid

tires for outdoor: bow ties or crime fighters (ive heard)
indoor tires: panther switch 2.0's
i use a duratrax piranah for charging my rx pack. its takes 90 minutes for it to fully charge. And a glowplug charger usually takes between 14-16 hours. mines 14 but some other may be different.
and when you pit you have someone that is you rpit person or pit bitch is what ive heard people say and you come in if you need gas and they just refill you and you go again.
But ive only raced once so anyone can correct me.

the difference between a ST and GT is one is an electric truck and one is a gas truck.
Any gas powered 1/10 scale 2-wheel drive truck is a gas truck...
Any electric powered 1/10 scale 2-wheel drive truck is a stadium truck...
make sense?
And motox4life, MT tires are for Monster Trucks, MT=monster truck
Cheescake,
For indoor racing I would run Losi "pink" tapers on the front and back...
Regarding rear tires for outdoor I would run bowties or step pins when there is a little fluff on top of the dirt...
when the outdoor grooves (only big race weekends it does this) I would run a Losi taper pin or Panther switch 2.0
regarding front tires outdoor, proline edges or something equal that Losi makes will work good.
