The Underground video will now run everyday at 10pm on cable channel 49, mon-thurs at 6pm on 49, and every day at 9am on channel 23.
These are the City of Chicago municipal TV channels on cable TV.

I'm assuming being that it's City of Chicago MUTV network production that any cable provider in the city will broadcast it.
What's in the city? Comcast and RCN that I know of.
I don't know if suburban people get MUTV, CityH. If you live in the suburbs but can see City Hall productions you'd most likely see the Underground RC video.
I live in the city so I'm not familiar with suburban cable TV programming.
