So how does the droop look? Wheres Al and the other mugen drivers?

New buggy - MX_KEVIN - 12-04-2007

IMO its way too much droop, especially for indoors.

Here's something I wish I did when mine was new. Either grind down the droop screws so there in not that concave lip to the screw or screw button head screws in from the bottom of the arms. That damn lip on the set screws is there to help a set screw "bite in" and boy does it on them pretty aluminum chassis.

New buggy - hansarvin - 12-04-2007

Moto I set my droop at 15.5mm front 17.5mm in the rear, didn't you read in the Mugen thread? Al gave the buggy set-up.

New buggy - motoxer4life - 12-04-2007

Ya but I dont have any measuring tools and cant find a ruler right now so Iwas just asking if it looks like its in the ballpark.

New buggy - Ponch - 12-04-2007

You gotta get that droop exact or you'll be launching off jumps weird and stuff.

+1!!! I had more droop on the right side than the left and it would jump lopsided, just use a ruler moto, it's not that hard.

Edit:How hard is it to find a ruler???

New buggy - motoxer4life - 12-04-2007

In my house, hard! There actually at skool but il find one in a lil, so how exactly do i measure it?

New buggy - hansarvin - 12-04-2007

put your buggy on two wheels with no tires on them (one under each end) and measure from the table to the bottom of the hubs.

New buggy - motoxer4life - 12-04-2007

Alright ill do that
