what is the offset on the wheel?

Panther Clay Boas - satoch - 01-17-2007

As I understand it, zero offset as the hex is smack in the middle of the rim.

Panther Clay Boas - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 01-17-2007

In automobiles it's zero offset. I'll never understand why they call it half offset in rc cars.

Panther Clay Boas - joey - 01-17-2007

ya thats true, i guess it's becuase the front part of the wheel is the normal mounting point on an rc car (positive offset in normal car), so any movement from that mounting point is considered offset in rc thats all i can figure.
