Slow has them new in the box. Bri has one that he has taken care of very well. With mods done and everything. I raced with bri for almost 2 years. I know he does well with his truck so you cant go wrong with him or slow.

For a C=hrismas gift and a Noob, I go with a new in box 2.5 personally...A modded one might be for a more experienced person because they are a bit more finicky and you have to know how to tune all the mods(generally speaking)

I'm sure yours is ver nice but IMO Tex is right. The best way for a noob to start out is going to be something brand new and box stock. It will be more expensive in the end if he mods it, but I think he will learn more and have a better understanding of the hobby.

it actually looks like we might be picking up an aftershock from slow revo. im just waiting on the ok from my aunt. i am such a good nephew.

sorry briyouu, I was simply saying what the facts are, I do want you to sell your revo....I'm sure you understand

looking to buy a revo - Casketman - 12-11-2006

Giving one with upgrade parts are is not that bad of an idea. You know they are going to do it anyway. And the parts go on and off the same way as stock. And it is even more of a plus if that person still has all the instructions that came with that part.

My revo was modded as hell, just saying from experience, by all means I want the dude to sell his revo, just not to a noob who may get frustrated and give the hobby up because of complexity
