dont height, .... 8ight! - destroy_my_revo_15 - 02-05-2007 im assuming the lights will just have a quicker acceleration? dont height, .... 8ight! - Tex - 02-05-2007 6061's bite hard, useful for indoors...outdoors you definitely want the 7075's....not to mention they last longer because the AL is harder. dont height, .... 8ight! - destroy_my_revo_15 - 02-05-2007 ill prolly end up with the 7075's because i probably wont get to run very much between now and outdoors.... dont height, .... 8ight! - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 02-05-2007 the softer material will have much less slippage so you can use a lighter spring and get a more solid engagement. Also since there is less slip you will be able to drop motor temp because of less heat being generated in the clutch dont height, .... 8ight! - destroy_my_revo_15 - 02-05-2007 soo the 6061's will cost more cause ill have to replace them but they will make less headaches in the long run? dont height, .... 8ight! - motoxer4life - 02-05-2007 i just picked up the khz 7075's today. dont height, .... 8ight! - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 02-05-2007 well they both have their plusses and minuses try a set of both and see which suits ur driving style better dont height, .... 8ight! - rocco79 - 02-05-2007 Just run the 7075's you wont notice a differnce besides longer wear life dont height, .... 8ight! - destroy_my_revo_15 - 02-05-2007 well i guess 7075's it is thanks rocco! dont height, .... 8ight! - rocco79 - 02-05-2007 im sure mike makes a great point but just run what will last you the longest untill your skillz sharpen and you can tell the difference between clutch setups dont height, .... 8ight! - FreeRideFrosty - 02-05-2007 It sounds like the only real downside to the 7075 ones is that if you run too stiff of springs that your motor will run hot..... dont height, .... 8ight! - destroy_my_revo_15 - 02-05-2007 yeah right now im prolly a hazard on the track until i get used to pushing a high class buggy around...mt class corrupted me lol dont height, .... 8ight! - rocco79 - 02-05-2007 Im sure youll be beatin ponch in no time! What part are you talking about? When the buggy's upside down or when the wheels are on the ground. I don't see the tires making contact with the ground, seems like they like to look at the ceiling an awful lot. dont height, .... 8ight! - FreeRideFrosty - 02-05-2007 If Ponch would keep the damn thing upright he would be ok. He gets cocky though..... dont height, .... 8ight! - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 02-05-2007 no thats just how ponch drives lol oh and he is too fast to listen to setup tips from me even though i helped him ya out there buddy heheheheh lol dont height, .... 8ight! - destroy_my_revo_15 - 02-05-2007 oh and hes too good for rocco's tires too! dont height, .... 8ight! - FreeRideFrosty - 02-05-2007 Czech-it-Out Graphics Wrote:no thats just how ponch drives lol oh and he is too fast to listen to setup tips from me even though i helped him ya out there buddy heheheheh lol I would think you were trying to sabatoge me.
