Thanks, Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 05-22-2007 i believe they call it the G spot Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - MX_KEVIN - 05-22-2007 I dont have to look too hard to find one of them...I just want my damn buggy to run. If you can find me a G spot that'll turn my Nova over, thats the one im looking for!!!! Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 05-22-2007 LOL honestly bro i dont see it happening u'd have to do some creative alignment and would prolly end up with both fitting so so instead of both fitting really well on two seperate boxes. I tried to start roccos buggy on his truggy box and that shit drove me nuts Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - chickenfarmer3 - 05-23-2007 cant do it dude, gotta have 2 boxes. Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - MX_KEVIN - 08-17-2007 So I go to LH for some practice yesterday go to take my BoaClays off that was used at the last race I attended and WTF one of the Nuts wont come off. Stripped and F---ed up. Just what you want to happen on your vacation week when lots of RC running was in the plans. Know one has this in stock for Sunday so im left to beg . I know some of you has this problem and changed them out with King heads or other extenders so Im hoping one of you might have a extra stock one in your pit box to loan or sell so I can run in Elburn this Sunday. Also Id like some recommendations as to which after market extenders you guys like. Thanks in advance, it not a total wash as I still have buggy to run but I love my truck.... Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - chickenfarmer3 - 08-17-2007 KEV, i got some but i ma getting ready to leave for the lake and wont be back till monday, the hubs are fine, just get some kingheadz of kyosho wheel nuts and u wont have ne more problems. if you can find some at the hobby shop for the 8t they are real close and will work, jsut make sure you change the one on the side opposite also. Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Tex - 08-17-2007 Matt, he stripped the threads where the nut attaches to the extender. Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - J-Dub - 08-17-2007 lol MX Kev were you at LH last night with a buggy and a truggy that you broke. I think that was you. I was the shitty driver who drove his revo into a puddle somehow. (I can't drive on that track at night..:o Had to have been you. Yeah, I saw it like 2-3 threads are gone on the nut and extender. Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Casketman - 08-17-2007 The mugen hubs are known to strip out due to the thin or fine threads. I never had a problem with them myself. But I didnt want to wait and moved up to the Dace adaptors. I then took those off and put the stock on,but I still use the dace wheel nuts. Basicly the same as the KMW or kingheadz Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Ponch - 08-17-2007 Ok... Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - HAGASAN - 08-17-2007 Kevin, looks like its time to get a Kyosho!!! Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Casketman - 08-17-2007 lap: Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Eddie F - 08-17-2007 Using the Kingheadz extenders on mine Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - rocco79 - 08-17-2007 Yeah so you can buy kingheadz knuckles for it when the cast shit snaps! Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - MX_KEVIN - 08-17-2007 J-Dub Wrote:lol MX Kev were you at LH last night with a buggy and a truggy that you broke. I think that was you. That was me. I never got to run the truck. Went to change the tires and the nut would not come off. Pulled the pin to get the extender off the axle and used brute force (Mike L and I) to remove the nut and both were toast. Saved the wheel tho. IDK it went on with no problems last weekend. Maybe I over tightened it before the main. Dont know. And Joe, No K truck for me. Dont think I could afford the parts that thing will need. So,,,ANY LONERS OUT THERE. Rocco (winkwink) dont I recall you having a problem like this. Ill pay for one or two if you have an extra. I just want to race sunday. Whats the census. Dace or KinghHeadz Official Mugen MBX5T Thread - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 08-18-2007 rocco79 Wrote:Yeah so you can buy kingheadz knuckles for it when the cast shit snaps! dont forget about KHZ extenders, oh and big bore shocks for about 3 bills, oh ya and the long chassis...ya seems like a great buy!
