damm Tune answer us!!!!!!

Not yet. But I have the hellfire sitting around. I was reading on the grid that the xb8 ackerman arm fits and greatly helps in the steering department. As much as I paid for the hellfire, I might give it a second chance now that parts and mods are more readily avail.

I'll be ditching the revo for an 1/8scale this fall. I want to run MT for one more summer Smile.

xray xb8 - cemeb4dk - 06-26-2006

are you ditching the lsp and going back to hellfire?

xray xb8 - snakebite46 - 06-26-2006

Yeah are ditching the LSP? I had everything in a box for you too.....Say it isnt so =(

xray xb8 - Mr. Tune - 06-26-2006

Not sure. I'd like to give it another shot since I paid a ton of cash for it. Parts were just to hard to find, so I had to take it easy for fear of breakage. Not what I had in mine with the summer race reason around the corner. That's why I picked up the lsp.

xray xb8 - Mr. Tune - 06-26-2006

I'll be racing the LSP at all the big races, and experimenting here and there and at some club races with the hellfire.
I'm gonna try out the xb8 ackerman and see what happens. If the steering is improved greatly like people say, I just might keep it (the steering is what I hate the most of that truck).

Also, seems like hpi borrowed alot of suspension setup stuff from the xb8 for the hellfire. If the hellfire works out, it'll put the xray at the top of the buggy list for me Smile.
