Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - NitroNuisance - 05-30-2006 I haven't found many longer Revo 3.3 bodies out there yet. I've been unable to match the colors very well and thought of painting up a new one. What bodies go good with the extended chassis 2.5R & rear arms? The longer Revo chassis have been around for a while now but I haven't found any of the longer bodies. What do you do for a body? Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - Traxxas_Junkee - 05-30-2006 3.3 bodies is about all that is out, i saw somewhere a company made clear ones, i dunno where they are though. Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - Czech-it-Out Graphics - 05-30-2006 check out the Jconcepts body that is made for general MT use, it should fit no problem Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - Traxxas_Junkee - 05-30-2006 Czech-it-Out Graphics Wrote:check out the Jconcepts body that is made for general MT use, it should fit no problem I think that is the one I saw. Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - Tex - 05-31-2006 pro-line makes extended t-maxx bodies that should do the trick well. Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - jhautz - 06-03-2006 any of the pro-line extended work fine. (I have the pro-line extended escalade on an emaxx and it fits my revo 3.3 fine.) I also found the Parma Xciter for the Savage is an almost perfect fit. Its about an inch longer than the revo exciter body. I bought one and trimmed it up for fitting.(I haven't painted it yet though) Fits great, but you have to cut your own holes for the engine and fuel tank, the ones on the savage body don't match up to the revo, but its pretty easy to figure out your own trim. Just trim it up before you paint it so you can see through the body where you should put the cutouts. I'm not a huge fan of the Xciter styling, but its the only racing style body that I found that fits. All of the other are the escalade and suburban type bodies. The revo is a racer and should have a racer body in my opinion. :headbang: http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXLCD1&P=7 This is the one. Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - Blown5.0 - 06-03-2006 I know there are plenty of stock 3.3 body's on Ebay. Wouldn't have to worry about trimming or painting. Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - jhautz - 06-03-2006 Painting your own scheme is part of the fun of a new body. Stock bodies are boring. I actually sold my stock body without ever running it. Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - Tex - 06-05-2006 don't be like the millions of other people that run a stock paint scheme, BORING!!!!! Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 06-05-2006 Painting is fun! Get in the Game. Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - kevinF - 06-05-2006 im gonna pick up a BLANK un-painted revo 3.3 shell made by traxxas and paint it myself. should be fun... Revo 3.3 Bodies??? - DAVEC-NITRO-RS4 - 06-05-2006 The only thing about the stock shell, is that they are thinner plastic than the aftermarket bodies. There are aftermarket bodies that are pickup truck style similar to the stock body, just tougher material. And for about the same cost.
