problem - NitroNoob - 10-11-2004

I added a Hitec 645MG as the steering servo on my Savage 25. Now my steering is bass ackward. I put the Hitec servo in the same position as the HPI servo and the connection was to the servo saver is setup the same, Anyone have a Savage and replace this servo? if so how do you correct the reverse steering?

problem - SixVi6-Camaro - 10-11-2004

there is a switch on the controller someplace to fix that. susally its called servo reversing or servo direction. Sometimes though there is no label though. just a couple tiny switches. Its normal as some servos do operate opposite from another.

Don't feel stupid. When I first got my EMaxx 3 years ago. Same thing happened to me.

Don't feel stupid. I did the exact same thing. Apparently the hitec swings in reverse when compared to the the stock servo.
