I got a MRC 959 in a trade. I'm used to the 969. I tried the 959 for the first time today and notice I don't hear a fan running (like the 969), is that normal?

There is no fan on the 959

the 959 is prone to overheating and false peaking. Peopl wire pC fans to them

I just wanted to test it before I trade it off

I like mine, what shape is yours in?

If you are going to get rid of it, let me know what you want for it?

Mine is like new, I've already traded it for a mini-t.

George, I got a 959 with a fan mounted to it.
It needs a charging connector put on it.
I'll send it out with the manual. =)
